CONCERTS/

JULY 11

The Smashing Pumpkins

Comerica Theatre

The Smashing Pumpkins and Marilyn Manson head to Phoenix for their End Times tour. The tour follows the release of the Smashing Pumpkins’ latest album, Monuments to an Elegy. Phoenix is only their fourth stop, so there should be plenty of energy on stage and an unforgettable set.

JULY 25

Imagine Dragons

Imagine Dragons is embarking on their seven-month-long Smoke + Mirrors world tour to promote their album of the same name. Imagine Dragons has taken the U.S. and the world by storm with their catchy songs, so we can hope they’re just as good live as they are recorded.

Trainwreck

Since Amy (Amy Schumer) was a little girl, she’s been told monogamy isn’t realistic. She certainly took that to heart as she’s in her twenties and never had a serious relationship but did have a heck of a lot of one-night stands. She’s never let herself get to close to anyone, but that all changes when she hooks up with Aaron (Bill Hader) and spends the night—a very un-Amy move. Soon he’s calling her—a lot—has Amy found someone that can mess up her whole mantra?

JULY 24

Paper Towns

Quentin Jacobsen (Nat Wolff) is a nobody in love with cool girl, Margo Roth Spiegelman (Cara Delevingne), who doesn’t know Quentin exists. After a strange encounter in the middle of the night, Quentin helps Margo get revenge on her cheating ex-boyfriend, and so begins their friendship. But soon after, Margo disappears, and no one knows where she could be. Quentin and his friends embark on a road trip in search of her.
